First attempts with PC
music composing in 1996. First setup Intel Pentium 90Mhz, 32MB RAM, SB AWE32,
Voyetra Digital Orchestrator. Soon discovered the magic of samples and trackers
with Fast Tracker 2. Several years composing XM modules with lots of samples
ripped from computer games. Strongly influenced by EBM projects Skinny Puppy
and Front Line Assembly. Also influenced by Cobalt Sixty, Portishead, Massive
Attack, Ohm Square, Načeva, Liquid Harmony,
Banco de Gaia, U96, Dead Can Dance, Underworld, Björk, U2, Depeche Mode, Dreadzone, Hypnotix, Vangelis, Korn, Sepultura, Fear Factory, Už Jsme Doma, ZNC, Nirvana, Foo Fighters, and others. In 1996 also established
punk-rock band Disabled. In 1998 –
2000 few live gigs with pc (FT2), guitar, vocal and bass guitar (Hynek Horký)
as project Ruber Talpa. In 1999 recorded and self produced CD Ruber Talpa -
Space Tribe.
Always was interested
in computer games. In 1999 composed few modules and made sounds for logical
freeware game Berušky (Anakreon). Finally in 1999 started
cooperation with developer studio Cinemax,
which still lasts. Beside that in 2001 composed soundtrack for Toy Trainz –
budget logic game by Plastic Reality group (later joined Illusion Softworks).
About 2000 felt too
limited with FT2 and tried to get to higher level. At first with Sonic Foundry
Vegas and PropellerHeads Reason and finally meets Steinberg software familly.
During last years composed severall game soundtracks and still trying to find
time to complete own CD.
